5. Payment methods

  • We accept payment on delivery, bank transfer and credit or debit card through the payment gateway Recurrent.
  • All payments are processed safely and are not stored sensitive data from cards in our site.

6. Deliveries

  • Deliveries in the Capital City are performed by a courier service specialist.
  • For shipments departmental, we use Express Charge , and Forza.
  • Will be made up to two or three additional attempts if you do not find the client at the delivery address. The costs of retry is not transferred to the client.

7. Returns and refunds

  • Usually do not apply, except in special situations, such as failed deliveries.
  • In the case of a return or refund, our team will manage the process of quickly and without generating additional charges to the customer.

8. Responsibility

  • Natupharma not responsible for any consequential damages or loss of data arising out of the use of the site or the purchase of products.
  • We are committed to complying with our obligations of delivery and quality of the products within the limits of the possible.
